Hafez (1324-1388), a monumental figure in Persian poetry and literature, has many deep and touching poems about love.
This piece came from hours of listening to an incredible composition by Mohsen Namjoo, a contemporary Iranian musician. In the song Nameh, Mr. Namjoo weaves segments of several poems by Hafez into an unforgettable masterpiece.
